Meet the Team
Dev Alkins
Dev is the Registered Manager for Hub and Health.
He works closely with the service providers who operate from our building to ensure that things are running smoothly. He can also be found making coffees in The Hub from time to time.
Dev was born in Alsager, and has previously worked as a Project Manager in the NHS, and as an emergency response police officer in South Yorkshire.
Sue Price
Sue is one of Hub and Health's Clinical Leads.
Sue works with Kit to oversee the health and wellbeing services which operate from Hub and Health.
She has an extensive career in healthcare, having graduated from Edinburgh University with her medical degree. Sue currently works at the local health centre, where she is a GP Partner of Merepark Medical Centre.
Kit Alkins
Kit is one of Hub and Health's clinical leads.
Having completed her medical degree in Sheffield, she is now busy completing her GP training at the Royal Stoke Hospital, in addition to working at Hub and Health.
Kit works with Sue to ensure that the health and wellbeing service providers are operating in accordance with the high standards set out by Hub and Health. She can also sometimes be found making coffees in The Hub.
Rupert Price
Rupert is Hub and Health's administration lead.
Rupert spent his career working in the NHS as a Consultant neurosurgeon at the Royal Stoke Hospital, having completed his medical training at Edinburgh University.
Having now retired from his role in the NHS, Rupert oversees the management of our IT systems and administrative services.
Our Building
Our building didn't always look as it does now. We have worked hard to make the space what it is today. But we did not do it alone; we have also had a fantastic team of builders, joiners, plumbers, electricians, and decorators with us from the very beginning. Below, you can see some photos of how the building looked before we completed our renovations.
