Ganesh Yoga
Calming Yoga focusing on mindfulness and wellbeing.
Ganesh Yoga is for all abilities and ages, uniting mind, body, and soul through breath work, meditation, and postures.
Tailored exercises to meet your abilities ensure that you are able to participate fully throughout the class.
Bolsters, which are used to help with the postures, are provided. There are some yoga mats which can be provided, however, it is advised that you bring a mat that you are comfortable with.

- Mondays: 10:00am to 11:00am - Mondays: 11:15am to 12:15pm -
- Tuesdays: 4:45pm to 5:45pm - Tuesdays: 6:00pm to 7:00pm -
